This collection of family photos from the Forever Saroyan archives follows the timeline of the Saroyans in America. Beginning with family photos from before William was born (pre-1908), this collection invites the viewer deep into the personal life of Saroyan. Photographs of him with his cousins in the 1910s, publicity shots from the 1930s-1950s, his wedding to Carol Marcus, images from his unhappy years as a soldier during WWII, and his happy travels to Armenian Turkey in the 1960s cover a large swath of his life in pictures.
